Manchester City, led by Pep Guardiola, celebrated their fourth straight Premier League title with a parade, despite the recent FA Cup final loss to Manchester United.

The defeat dashed their hopes of back-to-back league and cup doubles, but the team’s spirits remained high as they marked a record-setting run of consecutive top-flight English titles.

Guardiola, with one year left on his contract, assured fans that City would return stronger next season, aiming to claim the FA Cup. The team’s success under his guidance includes six Premier League titles in the last seven years, a testament to their dominance in English football.

Phil Foden, who scored 27 goals this season, was named the football writers’ player of the year, reflecting the team’s continued ambition to win.

Despite the festivities, captain Kyle Walker dismissed any suggestion that their celebrations affected their performance against United, emphasizing the team’s ability to recover and focus on the game.

As Manchester City looks ahead, the commitment to excellence and the drive for more silverware remains undiminished, setting the stage for another competitive season.
