The porters set the pace by establishing a 22-16 lead in the first quarter, following it up with another strong performance in the second quarter with a 22-14 cushion, amassing a 44-30 advantage by halftime.
By the end of the third quarter, KPA had extended their lead comfortably to 62-43, maintaining their momentum with a 25-10 finish in the deciding quarter.
Victoria Reynolds led the scoring for KPA, contributing 23 points, supported by Medina Okot with 22 points, Morgan Taylor with 19, and Natalie Akinyi with 14.
Rosine Mooniyiza was the standout performer for REG, scoring 24 points, the only player from her team to reach double digits.
In the battle for the bronze, Equity Bank Hawks secured a 78-74 victory over JKL Lady Dolphins from Uganda. The bankers led 48-36 at halftime, with Betty Kananu shining brightly as she scored 17 points for the Kenyan team.
