The second-leg matches in the quarter-finals of the African Football League, originally scheduled for Wednesday in Tunisia and Morocco, were postponed to Thursday without an official explanation.

TP Mazembe from the Democratic Republic of Congo will aim to protect their 1-0 lead as they play away against Tunisian club Esperance.

Meanwhile, Moroccan giants Wydad Casablanca, holding a 1-0 advantage, enjoy home turf against Nigeria’s Enyimba. The victorious teams on aggregate from these two fixtures are set to face each other in the semi-finals.

The first leg of this semi-final encounter will occur in either Morocco or Nigeria on Sunday, with the return match scheduled for next Wednesday.

In the other semi-final, the record 11-time CAF Champions League winners, Al Ahly of Egypt, will face South African side Mamelodi Sundowns.
