The Athletics Kenya track and field weekend meet’s sixth leg, which was initially scheduled for Nyayo Stadium, has been moved to Moi International Stadium, Kasarani.
Athletics Kenya officials made the announcement, citing the high turnout in previous meets. The three-day event, which is usually a two-day affair, will take place from Thursday to Saturday.
The AK requires all participants to register for the event ahead of time, and registration is required for all applicants.
The AK weekend meet, which began in Kisumu, had its second leg in Nairobi, with Thika Stadium hosting the third meet.
The previous leg, which took place between March 31 and April 1, was held at the Coast, marking a ten-year absence from the region.
The Trials for Budapest World Athletics Championships are scheduled for July 14-15 at Kasarani.
