Novak Djokovic achieved another milestone in his illustrious career, becoming just the third player in tennis history to reach 350 Grand Slam singles victories.

The Serbian superstar secured his spot in the third round of Wimbledon after defeating Jordan Thompson with a scoreline of 6-3, 7-6 (7/4), 7-5.

In his quest for an eighth Wimbledon title, Djokovic displayed his trademark skill and resilience on Centre Court. A single break was enough to claim the first set, while a tight second-set tie-break allowed him to gain firm control over the match. Despite Thompson’s determined efforts, Djokovic proved to be too formidable an opponent.

With this latest victory, Djokovic joins the exclusive company of Roger Federer and Serena Williams as the only players to have surpassed the 350-win mark in Grand Slam singles matches.

Federer leads the pack with 369 wins, followed closely by Williams with 365. This achievement further solidifies Djokovic’s status as one of the greatest players in tennis history.

As Djokovic progresses through the tournament, his focus remains on clinching an eighth Wimbledon title, a feat that would equal Federer’s men’s record.

Additionally, he has his sights set on a 24th Grand Slam title, which would place him on par with Margaret Court’s all-time record.

As the Wimbledon excitement builds, fans eagerly anticipate Djokovic’s upcoming matches and the potential for him to further etch his name into the annals of tennis history.
