Gor Mahia demonstrated their championship credentials with a commanding 3-1 win over Murang’a SEAL at the Sportpesa Arena on Saturday afternoon.
The visitors took an early lead in the 13th minute courtesy of Austine Odhiambo’s goal, setting the tone for the match. However, John Kiplagat equalized for the hosts before halftime, keeping the game finely poised.
Benson Omala proved to be a constant threat to the SEAL defense, combining effectively with Bryson Wangai. Although Wangai’s shot narrowly missed, Gor Mahia continued to apply pressure.

Omala sealed the victory with another goal in the dying minutes, securing a comfortable 3-1 win for Gor Mahia. With this result, Gor Mahia sits comfortably atop the table with 60 points, maintaining a 12-point lead over second-placed Police FC.
