KCB FC Head Coach Bernard Mwalala radiates confidence ahead of tomorrow’s Kenyan Premier League showdown against 15th-placed Muhoroni Youth.
In a press conference held during the introduction of Faraj Ominde in a training session at Thika Stadium earlier today, Coach Bernard Mwalala expressed optimism that the team is now well-prepared to compete for a top-four finish.
With the recent addition of eight players, Mwalala acknowledged the ongoing transition process and emphasized the importance of the new players quickly adapting to the team’s style of play.
“Despite our recent form in the last run of games, I am sure tomorrow’s fixture will be a turning point for us,” Mwalala commented.
Faraj Ominde, an experienced midfielder and the latest prominent addition to KCB, expressed his honor to wear the club’s jersey. He sees it as a privilege to play under Coach Mwalala and is eager to contribute to the club’s objectives with the goal of reclaiming a spot in the top four.
Collins Neto, who started in the last game for the bankers, is anticipated to lead the attack alongside dynamic winger Stephen Etyang and Henry Onyango.
Mwalala’s defensive lineup, featuring Kevin Okumu, Harriet Munga, Haniff Wesonga, and newcomer Francis Oduor, is expected to maintain their positions, while deputy captain Brian Onyango controls the midfield.
