Posted on

Kenyan Roll Ball teams face uncertain travel plans ahead of World Cup in Pune. Despite an agreement for funding disbursement being reached at a meeting with officials from the Ministry of Sports, the national teams have yet to have their visas processed, causing further delays.

Men’s team captain Joseph Aluhala reported that the federation is currently following up on the visa issue, but the government can only proceed with ticketing once all visas have been obtained.

The Kenyan ladies’ team is the current reigning world champion, while the men’s team finished as runners-up in the previous edition.

The federation has reached out to the World Roll Ball Federation to inform them of the expected travel delays. The Roll Ball World Cup is set to begin in Pune, India on Friday.
