Samurai Barracudas and Uganda Unveil Safari 7s Squads
The Samurai Barracudas and Team Uganda have officially disclosed their lineups for the upcoming Safari 7s set to unfold at Nairobi’s RFUEA Ground from November 17-19.
Guided by the expertise of Welsh coach Nick Wakely, the Samurai squad includes the influential presence of Kenyan Sevens legend Collins Injera, who serves as the assistant coach.
Steering the team’s management is Jimmy Mnene, while operations director responsibilities fall under the capable hands of Fahad Adil. Uganda has also lifted the curtain on its men’s and women’s squads for the Nairobi event. Head Coach Tolbert Onyango’s men’s lineup features notable players such as Aaron Ofoyrwoth and Adrian Kasito.
The Lady Cranes, Uganda’s women’s team, will see the captaincy held by Peace Lekuru, with Agnes Nakuya playing a crucial role.
