Yanga President Hersi Elected African Club Association Chairman

The African Club Association (“ACA”) witnessed the election of its new leadership during its inaugural meeting, chaired by Caf President Patrice Motsepe in Cairo, Egypt.

Hersi A. Said, President of Young Africans, was elected as the inaugural Chairman of the ACA, with Jessica Motaung from Kaizer Chiefs (South Africa) and Paul Bassey from Akwa United as his deputies.

This establishment aims to provide African football clubs with a platform and structure to voice their concerns in African football.
